Valerio Vago’s Profile

Valerio Vago has twenty years of experience in communication consultancy; especially with corporate positioning, financial communication and change management projects.

Mr. Vago has worked on internal and external communication projects for various large, international groups, often in crisis scenarios. He has worked as a team member and leader in more than twenty stock market listing operations.

From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Vago worked in Barabino&Partners, in the last years of his tenure, as a Senior Consultant.

From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Vago was Director of the Corporate and Financial Division and General Manager of Hill&Knowlton Italia.

From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Vago was Image and Communication Director of Allianz Italia. In this phase, he was responsible for communicating the merger between RAS and Allianz SE and the subsequent mergers of the Group's entire Italian operations which led to the creation of Allianz Italia. During this experience, along with a number of other things, Mr. Vago managed various CSR projects, in both the humanitarian and environmental context, the latter in collaboration with the WWF.

From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Vago was a Partner of the Brunswick Group.
